Game on line Platform a Nightmare

I should have looked at Hello Peter before buying my TV on the Game on line platform as I would have not bought it. I ordered and paid for my TV on the 18 November and as at today I have still not received it. I have also emailed numerous times and phoned five times (averaging 25 minutes a call) and the agents all say that they will call me back as they are investigating where my TV is however no one ever call me back. I actually do not know what more I can do as I am out of pocket and no TV(:-)
