Guys, when you send your email complaints to them, copy the manufacturer of the ordered product. I lost my **** with them and eventually copied Xpanda as well, with the history of all my correspondence. I told them they've lost a sale due to Game's complete inability to process my order. They rep**** saying they'll take it up with Game's buyer. If more people complain and let the manufacturers know they are losing money, maybe Game will catch a wake up. Can't hurt.
