Game on line

I bought on line a cellphone from Game stores. I was promised to be delivered in 7 days time. The purchase was made on the 15/8/22. Today I recieved an email from the courier, saying that, it only be delivered on the 29/8/22. 14 days after purchasing . I contacted Game help center, but I was told that, nothing can be done. This is not acceptable from a big store like Game. I will never buy on line from this store again. J m silvestre ***
