Game nuisance

I laybyed a fridge 6 years ago paid the laybye and had an agreement that the pick up will be in Kokstad KZN , the said fridge bought in Fourways game , Game Kokstad advised the fridge has been discontinued and I should wait on their call and no call till to date even after several follow ups , I have since lodged a complaint and the complaint was handled by Thabiso Fourways mall and Maureen when Thabiso contacted me she requested a different receipt whereas I produced all the receipts they gave me and got annoyed when I asked when she checks on their side if they released the fridge she dropped the call this was the 26th of February 2025 and 27th of Feb I called to lodge a complaint because what she did is very rude and she is not helpful and shouldn’t be allowed to work with client’s she is very *********** and has no clue of what she is doing I then made means to follow up yet again on the 27th of February I. Got through to Maureen who when I started narrating what transpired while peaking I heard her saying “aarg” Game store Fourways in particular are ******* , they took my money and told me several stories when they have to give my fridge
