Game not will to return the Items bought

I bought 2 study desks on the online portal on the 21 October 2024, and the items are too small. I logged the return on the 24 November 2024 the items are still sealed in the boxes and Game does not want to take it back. Because it's out of the 14 days return days. I have not used the stuff others stores would take the items back,
