Game not so friendly staff

Bought a power station at Game N1 City. The product was faulty and I returned it the following day. Instead of replacing it they insisted on sending it for an assessment. Nearly a month later I walked into the store and they wanted to return to me a repaired unit which I was not happy with. I insisted on a refund as I had already purchased another unit elsewhere. The conduct of the customer service department manageress was shocking. Laughing at me for requesting a refund. The manager of the store was very helpful but that was the last time I will deal with that store. I was a regular customer. I received a refund after a not very pleasant experience.
