Game not resolving issues even after reporting it and posting on this particular platform

after sharing my bad experience @ Game menlyn. my issue is still not resolved. instead i am getting emails left right and centre with no action. The TCL 65" tv which i bought for 12K is still; malfunctioning, blame is being pushed and no one is taking responsibility. i have the TV for 3 months now and its just mounted on my wall. how else do we as unhappy and ****** customers go foreword.

Game is the worse when coming to resolving customer issues. as long as they have their money.
