Game not releasing Items Bought and Validated with SABC License and no REFUND for the purchased Samsung Television We must Go home and thats IT

We have spent 2 days inside Game Rosebank trying to purchase and collect a Samsung TV from Game Rosebank. The first 2 hours with TV license and Id and all documents The Game system could not release the TV although the license was in front of them and all documentation So had to return without purchase. Today another 2 hours After doing online purchase for pick up at ROSEBANK GAME where stock was NO RELEASE of the TV It is paid it has been cleared by the SABC but GAME ROSEBANK would not release a TV that has been paid for and all documentation done They would not refund the TV and just said they can do nothing but they CAN NOT release the TV Paid for in full and cleared with ALL relevant documentation Will you please organize the immediate release and delivery of the item as the 4 hours spent trying to get you to give us OUR PURCHASED item was in vain!
