Game not refunding undelivered Tablet

I placed order no. *** on 14 April 2020 for a tablet and Phone. They were able to deliver the phone but not the tablet. In the beginning of May 2020 I cancelled the order for the tablet as they were still unable to deliver. Since then Despite numerous calls and attempts to get a refund, they have to date (22 June 2020) not yet refunded me for the tablet. I phoned again last week and got a snotty remark that they are behind due to the lockdown and that I should understand that. This is not acceptable as they have already been open since May 2020.

I have provided them with detail they require on numerous occasions including the bank account into which the refund needs to be paid.
