Game Not keeping promises
I have placed an order on the 23rd of January and I was expecting this to be delivered on the 28th,however I haven't received my order to date. I called Game and they promised to escalate this matter to their complaints department last week Wednesday and they haven't got back to me yet. When I contacted Bonnita from Value logistics on Friday, she promised that the order will be delivered on Saturday the 7th but still. This is very disappointing and I wouldn't recommend Game Online in partnership with Value Logistics

I am really disappointed. After receiving our complaints why are you guys not following up making sure that our queries are resolved?Do we really need to report here first?
