Game not intersted in Business

Yesterday Mthatha had long power outages, more than loadshedding, and your store was closed, no Generators at Circus Triangle, so I turned around at a close door. Today I was back to buy my Microwave - only to be told I can only pay cash - network down!!! How in this day and age you have no backup power nor alternative means to process a card payment? I am a manager of a big supermarket outside the centre, and I can provide that, are you so backward? Rather close your doors than to sit there with a empty promise of nothing.
