Game not honouring their warranty.

It has been over 2 weeks and still no reply and no communication, I called and followed all your steps and waited patiently but you are not interested in honoring your warranty. I have tried calling multiple times but no one answers, just on hold for 20 mins at a time. Will you refund my airtime. Please just honor your warranty.
