Game not honouring gaurantee policy.
Took a lenovo aio still under gaurantee for repair 3 weeks ago, went to see East London, retail park, game store this morning, no computer, ladies at desk insist that it is 21 days to effect repairs, I showed them their written garantees notice is 3 weeks, they still insist 21 days. I asked them to remove their signage as they are contradicting the policy, No reply to that.

22 Oct 2018, 15:55Ok, so game called me today, saying the 3 weeks signage displayed in their store is contrary to CCA legislation and in fairness should be 21 working days. As game still has the signage up this is false adverti*****t. Game needs to remove the signage asap.
