Game not Honoring an advertised price

I recently went online in search of purchasing 2 bikes for myself and my husband, upon going online I found a Raleigh Glyde bike advertised at R699 of which I have screenshots of, I then could not check out upon putting it in my cart, only to find out the next day the price was changed to R6999. I then emailed customer service, they advised this was due to stock availability and that I should go to my nearest store for a rain check. Canal Walk Management has not been very helpful, after sending copious emails begging for a response and visiting the store, they gave me a raincheck for the value now advertised and not the R699 advertised at the time. Now as per the consumer act the price a customer sees advertised is what they should pay and the Canal Walk management outright refused and advised they will not honor the price u saw advertised. I would like this to be seen too as I am taking this to the ombudsman.
