Game not delivering my items and giving me excuses

I am getting the worst service ever, I bought stuff online weeks back, the expected delivery date was not later than the 2nd of December, today is the 6th, everytime I call to inquire, they put me on hold for 20 minutes or more and tell me to wait....very much disappointed in Game,
