Game not delivering

7yrs later and I'm again experiencing the same issues with Game delivery. I bought a Sinotech 55 inch on the 27 November 2023 at Game Zevenwacht and I was promised a delivery on the 28th Nov. I'm telling you till today 05/12/2023 I still don't have my TV. I called the store several times and even spoke to the store manager Bradley but still no delivery. They have now stopped taking my calls at the store I don't know what to do anymore. I don't understand what is happening now.
