Game not assisting

I bought items from Game on the 26 November 2021. On the 1st of December I took it back as I didn't need them. Game said RCS was offline. Ive been back to Game a few times and everytime there was a different problem. RCS was supposed to call me back and I am still waiting. I tried calling them and then they just take my details and say they will get back to me but they never do. After many visits and phone calls to Game and RCS my problem is still not resolved and I am still waiting for my refund. And the interest building up on the amount owed to me must refunded too as lack of your incompatacy.
