Game North Cape Mall refuses to deliver my machine

I feel that 1 is an incredibly generous score considering the horrible service that I received. I purchased an 18kg Hisense washing machine at Game, North Cape Mall. I finished paying my washing machine on the 16th of May 2020. I've called and visited the store on multiple occasions. They keep telling me that the machine will be delivered 'within a week'. It's been 3 months and I still don't have a washing machine.

I've tried to complain, but the store employees make it seem like its my problem that I still don't have the machine. I'm extremely disappointed and I can assure you that I will never visit Game North Cape Mall ever again. I just want my washing machine.
