Game - No wonder GAME is dead, bad service

Booked the iron I bought three months ago in as they said it has to be assessed to see what is wrong. They told me a day or so. Then after a week of hearing nothing from them I visited them. No they said it will take 21 days. I then bought an iron from pick n pay as they would swop it out immeditely. No wonder GAME is dead....
