Game no stock no customer care
ALREADY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE FOR 33.22 MIN AND STILL WAITING. CUSTOMER CARE EVEN ADVICE YOU TO PHONE HEAD OFFICE ***. ANSWERING SAY CLOSED . You advertise birthday specials no stock.no respect for elderly that have to go to a centre no stock and tell them to drive to another mall. I need regional to call me from Heidelberg branch asap.Searching since last thursday no response from anyone.

07 Jul 2020, 13:16Thanks I got hold of Theuns Geldenhuys if that is your regional and he will assist.The customer care line told me to go to another branch that why i say no respect for older persons. Charmaine at the Heidelberg branch always super and assist this couple but my frustration was to help these pensioners and the special end today and the branch closed (i can understand) due to covid but just needed some customer care assistance. Your help much appreciated
