Game-No goods after >1 year of buying goods online!

I placed 4 orders for 3X Salton 23L with Game Stores online on 29Nov2019; I only got 3 orders. I contacted their call centre several times and eventually corresponded with their consultant telephonically and via email providing details of the orders made on the day. I wrote a review on 26Nov2020 about this and had someone from Game try to call me once. I missed the call but sent an email to the consultant that had called to schedule a suitable time to discuss the matter. I have not heard from Game since that 1 follow-up attempt. Game's aftersales service is appalling; it clearly shows that the 1 call they made was just so they could post on my initial review that they had tried calling me. I am running out of patience and will be taking the matter with the Consumer Goods Council of South Africa to remedy this matter.
