Game Newcastle needs to learn to treat customers with Honesty and Integrity

I have been trying to buy a bicycle for my child for the last 3 months from this store, i have been **** to and taken for a ride my the store management, I even contacted Game Head office, until Thulani a manager a the Newcastle branch called me, saying there is nothing, but that same weekend i went to the shop and took a photo of stock which i sent him via watsup, the past weekend i was at the shop a guy by the name of Geffory was sent to help me whilst thulani sat at the front desk, and said there nothing, but when thulani asked another guy about the 20" Raleigh blaster 7 speed bicycle he said there is stock, then we waited, until i said i am leaving they must call me, he sent me a picture of another bike that was not on special, please sort out the training and management in this store, it is really disappointing and a waste of my petrol i stay in Volksrust
