Game neither sucks or blows

I bought a Bennett Read vacumn cleaner from game a while ago. I wanted he Hoover, a name I know and trust but was persuaded that this Bennett Read thing had all the bells and whistles. Went in twice during the warranty for the same problem. Six weeks at a time. I’m November it blew for the third time. Game said no, was out of warranty so I just walked away. End Nov got a call from game that they found the extended warranty and they would send it fo repair on 19 February. Another six weeks full of excuses lik nobody in despatch, no driver available and so on. Eventually got it back beginning of April. 15 April and we have the same thing. Took it in on the 16th and requested either a swop or a refund. Nope not so fast. It has only happened four times in two years. No sorry for the inconvenience nothing. Now we wait again. 4 faults exactly the same in Two years. Bit late for a technical evaluation. I want my R1300 back from Game Belair and I will go to pick ‘n pay and buy the hoover. I am not prepared to do this anymore
