Game needs to up their GAME!

Ordered goods online because there was nothing in the store. Delivery came today with one item missing... needless to say we had to phone to follow up only to hear that they do not have stock and will send us an email to advise when they do have stock.. Why take our money though if you don't have stock? Please up your 'GAME' and notify customers before you take their money that you do not have stock!!
