Game needs help

I had a complaint about delivery after ordering on Game Online. and i got absolute no where until i mentioned it on Hello Peter. I have since had a a very helpful guy from Game take up my case and i have now received delivery. Mr Natheer i would like to thank you for assisting me with my order. However Game needs to re think its online delivery and customer service as it does not work. and the sad thing is if one need to come to Hello Peter to get action then you must be doing something wrong. But top marks to Hello Peter as it obviously carries weight enough to get the big stores worried.
