Game needs a wake-up call

I bought a phone from Game Boksburg in March and in April the phone broke. I took it to the store and they said that they'll send the phone to Vodacom for assessment and they'll let me know what the results say before they do anything to the phone. The phone came back and I went back to Game on the 27th of April. The lady who I dealt with wasn't friendly and she said the phone was repaired, but the report didn't say what was wrong with it. I asked her why I didn't have the option to have the phone repaired, replaced or refunded as per the conditions I signed when I handed my phone in. The lady said that I should speak to the manager which I then proceeded to do. I asked him why I didn't get the options to have my phone replaced or have my money refunded and he said that the phone falls under different terms and conditions. Which I didn't understand because why would I sign terms and conditions that aren't applicable to my case. I told him that it was very ********* and demanded a refund. He then told the sales consultant to send the phone back to Vodacom and have them deal with me. Until today I haven't heard anything. I also find the lack of customer service from the consultant and the manager very concerning, and the way the manager passed the buck. Can the regional manager please account for the lack of service I received. They say a team is as good as it's leader, so I therefore understand why the service was disappointing. Game you let me down.
