Game N1city BAD!!

Game Have a festive sale on all Christmas decor items, I've placed my order allowed me to check out said n1city had stock so confirmed Collection at N1 city

Now I recieved a call from N1 city with a million stories, first my order needs to be transferred to another store as they don't have stock (which I don't understand because previously the items that they don't have in stock then separated to tygervalley where they had stock automatically by the system) then he says if he transfers the order to a different store it will change into a delivery amd might only come after Christmas. Then he says the stock they have is all damaged. I asked for the manager to call me. Then the consultant calls back with more stories.

I don't know what the situation is but I want the items I've ORDERED and PAID for.

I need this sorted asap
