Game N1 city Trim Tech Bad Product

I bought a trim tech wheat eater machine, used it first time to trim my lawn and it packed up within 5mins of use. I returned it to the Game N1 city branch to have it fixed, got it back and used it literally to trim a 1metre piece of my lawn and the motor started smoking again. Furious, I returned it again after I was told 'if it breaks again I will be refunded'. Got to the returns I was told I can't be refunded because the supplier must check it again, I then proceeded to tell the lady that her colleague said upon return again I was going to be refunded... Because really now clearly this is a bad product. I had it booked in AGAIN... I am very unhappy, it's Christmas and I have to go an look for someone to do my lawn.
