GAME N1 CITY SOLD ME A DEFECT DEFY WASH MACHINE

I bought a defy wash machine on the 27 November 2023 for an amount of R5000 and was helped by the sale assistant Simba at Game N1 city in Goodwood. I used the wash machine 3 times and noticed that the wash machine pipes started coming out and water was running out of the machine I immediately contacts the store to request for assistant I dealt with the management of Clinton and Romeo I explained the situation to them and they gave me the run around up and down and after numerous calls Defy was contacted to come and have a look at the machine technicians John and Peter came out last Friday to check the machine and advised that the machine could be fixed however this was a brand new machine and I paid cash for it I dont understand how a brand new machine can be faulty after 3 washes there is surely a quality defect on the machine and I requested a cash refund as I cannot risk the fact that this machine will constantly breakdown. Defy should relook at this particular machine as after 3 washes its broken. I am very upset and disappointed in the manner in which the management at Game N1 city is handling my matter. I do not want the machine fixed I want my cash back as it is evident that the machine is defective. I have been struggling from the day the machine broke to complete my weekly washing because I was sold a defect wash machine. Am utterly disgusted as a Pensioner using my cash money to secure a wash machine am now left high and dry this is actually a disgrace as I bought the wash machine to assist me with my weekly c****s. I want the head office to take over this matter and assist with my cash refund as my experience at Game N1 city was awful and I still have a bad taste in my mouth Sophia Bartlett
