Game N1 City Pathetic After sale service

On the 16/02/2020 I bought a Trojan Glide 500 from Game N1 City. Recently it started making a knocking noise when in use. I reported this to Game n1 city which referred me to the trojan helpdesk. NOTE I bought this from game and they are now asking me to contact their suppliers for assistance. Game does not seem interested in resolving the issue. I requested they pick up the gym and refund me, but seems the just seem to not respond. Their after-sale customer service is horrible. I want my money back and will take my business to someone that wants it. Clearly they rub these products off on the consumer making it to be a great product with guarantee but when you want after service there is none.
