Game n1 city is bad for business

This time I am done with game for good.Their service is just too bad. I bought a Samsung washing machine at game n1 city in 2017 I took extended warranty with that. Im having problems with the spinner, I contacted th store on 24/06/2020 and the guy that I spoke to said due to lockdown there's a backlog so I'll have to wait 3weeks which I understood. I phoned again on 7/08/2020 because I haven't received a phone call from game or Samsung, this time I spoke to Apiwe she again told me I have to wait 3weeks then Ill get a call from Samsung I explained to her that I refuse to wait 3weeks again then she told me to wait 5working days I am still waiting. I phoned the store again on Monday 17/08/2020 and I was told that the "guy" who works with extended warranty was just there but they don't know where he went to but I should give my number and he will contact me.I never received a call from anyone. On Tuesday 18/08/2020 I phoned again and the "guy" was still not there but he will phone me this time I spoke to Tevin.He told me that he gave the message to this "guy" the previous day, so I advice him to tell his manager he phoned me back after a while just to tell me he gave the message to the manager and that "the guy" is still not there. Today 19/08/2020 Im still waiting on Samsung or Game to contact me regarding my washing machine. Now how is that for service...
