Game n1 city horrible service

Bought a watch at Game Canal Walk wore it twice and the glue on the strap became undone in les than a month. Tried to return it at N1 city and they REFUSED to take it back first stating that the guarantee did not cover the strap, then I was told I had to bring it back the same day it broke (as if I have time to just drive to Game to return items), then I was told I can only return it at the store I bought it from. I wait 30mins to see a manager who was just as helpless.

Took the watch Canal Walk and they refunded it with any hassle. The staff at n1 City Game is just plain lazy and it seemed as if there was no manager on duty. The 2 ladies working at the jewelry were more concerned about being on their phones and giving me attitude for trying to return a faulty product.

definitely no purchasing from any game store again, this was the last straw on horrible customer service.
