GAME N1 CITY - DISGUSTING

I am completely disgusted by GAME STORE at N1 city (CAPE TOWN), 14/15 December 2022, my husband (WHO IS IN JHB) was enquiring about upgrading his contract, had provided with his ID number and all the necessary detail to identify and verify his contract, however, he didn't go through with a upgrade ad decided to get back to whomever it was that he spoke to. DID they not upgrade the contract (WITHOUT HIM CONFIRMING) at GAME N1 City with 2 x iPhone11's and released these phones to a stranger, and would've charged my husband, R1053 every month for 24 months for these contracts that we have no idea on?? these documents were sent to GAME N1 city where a VODACOM person sent documents to confirm the deal and release these phones. **********ly, releasing two cell phones with no signed documents just releasing the cell phones. and having the contract open on my husbands name?? Disgusting, it makes it so hard to trust our VODACOM employees, or MTN employees or any employees where contracts or cards have to be released? Can someone please get back to us, we would like to find out who at GAME N1 city released that cell phones with no signed documents with my husbands ID number???? GAME n1 CITY, we would like answers. We have not been to Cape town in the last year, however GAME N1 City had approval from us??
