Game N1 City

On Monday I bought 3 items which I received a call today for delivery. To my surprise, only 2 items were delivered, and the driver said that I should contact the store. Upon contacting the store, I was told that someone from the store would contact me to explain what happened. I waited for more than an hour and decided to leave work and go to the store myself travelling from Bellville to Goodwood, N1 city Game store.

When I arrived, I explained what happened to one of the consultants and they went to the back to enquire what happened. The feedback that I got was that the order was not captured yet by the "online" team hence why the driver couldn't take the last item. I then requested to speak to the manager present.

I was told her name or surname was Zuma and she was at the back talking to someone, I waited for 30 minutes and felt undermined by her that she couldn't excuse herself and deal with my situation as a manager. The least that could have happened was to be called before the shipping of my stuff and be told that 1 item would be delayed or delivered the previous day because of paperwork or something.
