GAME MUST FALL

Hi i bought from game online worst mistake i had ever made they showed they had stock after the purchase waiting on delivery i phoned them asking when i would get my item then they informed me that they dont have stock keep in mind that this was a birthday present i talked to them on whatsapp Customer service [What a joke ] they started to ignore me i phoned again on 05/02/24 they did not do a refund and they going to phone the departments ect today i phoned again nothing changed i dont get emails sms's or a phone call as to whats happening i wil never set foot in amy game store and defnitly not advise anyone to order from them either
