Game Mthatha Plaza ****a

Got a quote from the for two computers. I paid the money over to them and sent a proof of payment Following day I went to notify them that immedietly the money reflects as we use different banksI would like to take possession of my computers. Was told there was no stock of these computers except the one on display. They promised me they will find them from other branches. That was on Wednesday the 7th. Until today still have not recieved my computers. The nearest is in Queenstown they also have in East London. Problem is they can't get then there as the rules say so. They just told me that there is one in Durban and I must wait until they can get it here. My problem with this store is that the staff have no clue of the product and procedures to follow in cases like this. How can they sell a product that is not in their stock. The lady I was dealing with was not a bad lady but she ended up being arrogant as she was clueless and did not have any answers on questions I asked her. The entire store is poorly managed. Cashiers are always short. I have never seen more than 3 cashiers at any given time it is always 3 or less even when it is busy. The service at game mthatha plaza is appalling I have never seen such lack of proffesionalism in a store that boasts such high values when it come to customer service.
