Game mthata plaza the absolute worst store in the country

I came to game in mthata plaza, purchased a table and had to wait 2 hours for service and have had to deal with rude and *********** staff. Eventually got the table and when i asked to speak with store manager i was given 4 different stories by 4 different staff, and when i asked the 5th, she then told me the manager refuses to speak to me as a customer...... upon getting home, open the table to set it up and its missing the fixings. I go back to return it and am made to wait for yet another hour.... again i ask for a store manager, 1 of the staff call some and he assumes i do not understand xhosa, ends the call and tells me that there is no store manager. Is this the type of service that game or massmart give customers?
