Game Mooirivier Potchefstroom service sucks

Game Store Potchefstroom customer service personnel and manager takes people for granted. On the 13th August 2021 I was given another customer's damaged tv after waiting for an hour at their receiving door. After almost two hours they called to inform me about the stupid mixup. That time the tv is approaching Bloemfontein. After some days one arrogant manager called and disrespected me on the phone. The customer's tv is now in Bloem and mine is still with them. I want nothing to do with Game Potch all i want is my money back and they should figure out how to get the tv from Bloem but that should be when i have my money on my hand.
