Game Mooirivier mall Potchefstroom

I went to Game Potchefstroom Mooirivier Mall and bought a Chest freezer in Black Friday then next I paid for delivery. When I asked when can I expect the delivery they told me they're busy with them so will get it same day. The day passed I called then thr next day they told me they're out of stock couldnt understand that. On Monday I went to Game to check they told me they'll be receiving stock the next day which they did. I called at around 5 on Tuesday to ask about it they told me I didnt pay for the delivery the person I was talking to was the same guy who took my slip on Saturday. He told me he is not going to argue with me I should just come to the shop with the slip cos he "might have misplaced it" no apology whatsoever. My meat went off because his incompetence. I had to cancel the delivery and make a plan on Wednesday to fetch it.
