Game Mooirivier mall HORRIBLE SERVICE

Game mooirivier mall- They give the best of horrible service. Went there yesterday to buy a washing machine, We waited over 20minutes to get the "Sale order invoice " so we can be able to pay because they were waiting for Chester Ofentse Make who was nowhere to be found so Cameron Jansen assisted after 20minutes and we finally paid for the machine. We wanted a someday delivery therefore we opted for a collection and paid for our delivery. We left and came back an hour later to collect,only for us to be told the machine is sold out . Were they going to deliver the Demo had we opted for their delivery?HOW DO YOU MAKE A CUSTOMER PAY FOR SOMETHING OUT OF STOCK ?? When we requested a refund it also took long for the lady to get a respond from their online platform. We were running out of time we had to leave without finalizing the refund. We left the store after spending a total of over 2hours there for the day, with no Washing machine and No refund 😡
