Game Mokopane *********** staff

Hi HP,

I am very disappointed with Mokopane Game management that were on duty today and could not make a firm decision to assist me and my bother in-law. He made a purchase yesterday without a challenge with his RCS card but today management on duty could not assist him. They did not want any form of verification to show that it was him that purchase yesterday. He showed them sms and other cards with the same names to prove that it was him.

The cashier was very rude, they even brought some guy called tshepo claiming to be a supervisor as well. 3 manager whom cannot make a discretion to validate and assist a client.

Game Mokopane has the highest level of unprofessional poor service. Rose Moabelo and Sandra Manamela are not well trained to run the branch. Managers by status but not merits.
