Game misleading sales adverti*****ts

Im very disturbed Game advertised 2 weeks ago their birthday special Canon Pixma 4In1 MF Colour Printer MX494. I sent my husband to Game N1 City to purchase the printer as the online purchase option was not available, he was told this printer is discontinued.

Why do you mis-lead the public by advertising discontinued products?

The store assistant was very unhelpful, she didnt offer a range check nor an alternative, she said purchase it on the website and I told her already that the item was not open for purchase online.

I posted my complaint on Game Facebook page, Game responded asking me to send the details to their inbox which I did. To date I have still not received a response, I checked the site again today and this same printer is still advertised on their website for the same price.

What do I have to do to get this printer???????????
