Game - Misleading adverti*****t, horrible after sales customer service

I saw a set of speakers on game's website. The adverti*****t said speakers had bluetooth. I went to the store and bought the speakers because I wanted bluetooth speakers. To my shock, the speakers advertised as bluetooth had no bluetooth. I tries to get resolution on this matter from game but am being sent from pillar to post.
