Game misinformation cost me money and time

I ordered a refrigerator online and received an email saying that my order has been dispatched from the warehouse and is making its way to me. I called the Game contact number to check when I can expect the delivery and they said it would come before 5pm. I took a day off work to wait for the delivery, but nothing came. I tried contacting the number from about 3pm to 5pm to get assistance, but the number said that the lines are busy. I sent an email to the web support at Game, and no reply. I am still waiting for my fridge. I lost a lot of money and wasted my time due to the poor communication. I am a very upset customer.
