Game Midrand -The Boulders the worst store ever

Game Midrand - Boulders has the most rudest employees ever. I went into Game this afternoon to get just the cellphone after being informed by a lady in Game Johannesburg that i just need a copy of my ID and proof of residence. the first lady that assisted me i didnt get her name but was very sweet. She told me that Soabi Nkosi said that she wouldnt take the copy i brought even though that's what i was told to bring in another branch same store. I gave her my drivers licence to show that its the same person and mind you when you buy with their store account take the license. Soabi was completely and utterly rude, was screaming that that she wouldn't do that her, she is the one managing that department and doesn't care how much of an inconvenience it it to me, I will do things the way she wants. She doesn't care how much of an inconvenience this to me, even though i had asked at another branch, told me that it doesn't matter how far i travelled to get her she wont assist me. what shocked me even worse is when informed her about her bad customer service she said, "go report me its not like they will do anything to me". Then a man named Alfred was called, equally as rude, didn't even want to her my complaint and just walked away as he was speaking, which basically dismissing a customer was unsatisfied. he told me that they not the same store and they do things as they want. never once standing and speaking to me, I was appalled that in our own shops this is how we are treated. Both of these people even were not phase and told me i should report them. what worries me is that this is probably the treatment that they give to our mothers and grandmothers even. I have been to many Game stores but this was The worst experience i have ever had would never recommend anyone to go there, ever.
