Game Midrand disregard warranty repair policy

<p>Game proudly states that they will refund or replace an item if it takes longer than 3 weeks to repair under warranty, </p> <p>I booked a phone in on 4 May for repairs, on trying to collect it on 25 May which is after 3 weeks the item was not ready for collection. The store manager, Israel Raholane point blank refused to adhere to the Game Service Guarantee displayed in the store. What is the point of offering a Service Guarantee if it is not honered by the store? </p>
