Game Midlands mall bad customer after care service

On 28 Novemeber 2020 we bought at Game pietermaritzburg midlands mall blinds, curtain rails with pelmats and paid for them. The blinds were overise and at game pavillion advised us them can cut them to fit according to our size request, we then on 01 December 2020 went to Game midlands mall to request blind to be cut, but suprisingly the sales guy at the store started to accuse my wife that the blinds were not paid and threathened to call security, I had to come out of the car with my kids to attend to this. My wife asked the sales guy how can she be accused while she had paid for all the items she bought on the 28 Nov 2020. The rude sales guy spoke about wrong barcodes and my wife asked I bough the goods and paid for them whose fault it is since the rude sales person was making it a fault of my pregnant wife. When we saw the slip we even saw that Game midlands even overcharged us. The indian sales guy at Game midlands mall gave us a horrible customer service must be fully be dealt with.
