Game Middelburg unfair practice

Dissapointed with Game Middelburg. Christo Henderson is unhelpful and rude and Emely Khumalo HP salesperson totally unhelpful. They sell lies and refuse to acknowledge their mistakes. We bought a laptop which was faulty and they want to book it. My daughter is writing exams in Jan and the supplier is apparently closed until then. Bad service bad reps bad and rude managers.
