Game Menlyn Poor Customer Service #Nonsense!

Game Menlyn Customer Service is pure NONSENSE!. along with their online customer care. I cant reach anyone, they LIE too!.

I bought an Item online, labelled next day delivery however I waited +3 days. received an SMS to say my order is ready "Heita daar, your order 12******66 with Camp Master Double Airbed and pump combo is ready for Pickup. Use this code 20***X82 at your Game Customer Service desk., checked my online App it also said ready for pickup, sent someone to go collect only to for them (Game customer service) to say my item is NOT ready it is not here and they "tried" calling me (LIES!!!!) and they sent an SMS stating that i must not collect as the Item in G knows where (MORE LIES!!!).

I called Game Menlyn to get clarity regarding my item , the 1st attempt at transferring my call to customer service failed (phone went dead quiet), tried the second time, not even a please hold while transfer your call or get someone (...customer mo founung) then nothing no one spoke to me or anything, Third try was to get the store manager to assist me and guess what call transferred and the phone went dead quiet again.

I then called online customer care/services, had to hold while they attempted to call Game Menlyn with NO LUCK mind you i called and I'm holding while all this is happening.

I still do not know where my item is i still do not have any trace of sms or Email on when i will receive my ITEM.
