Game Menlyn Mall- Theft and Appalling Service

<p>I had the absolute worst experience at Game in Menlyn Mall. Not only is the service disgusting and entirely lacking, but my phone was ****** DIRECTLY OUT OF MY HANDBAG- which shows you the appalling level of security and how pathetic their existing security is. When noticing my phone was missing almost immediately after the theft occured, I went directly to the manager to ask to see the surveillance footage to possibly identify who it was and try and recover my phone- to which they rep****: "Sorry but that lady isn't working today". There goes my chance at recovering my phone. Just pathetic. </p>
